Who can use it
Anyone in the server can run it, but some subcommands or actions need moderator or admin permissions. Admins can change who may use it in the dashboard.
How to use it
Type /ping in a channel where Deno can read messages.
Type /help ping in Yapin’ to see the same details from the bot.
