Terms and Conditions

Using Deno

Deno is a free moderation bot for Yapin’. By adding it to a server or logging in to the dashboard you agree to these terms and to Yapin’s own Terms and Guidelines.

Server admins are responsible

Deno carries out the moderation actions that your moderators ask for or that your automod rules trigger, such as warnings, timeouts, kicks and bans. You are responsible for how you set it up and for the actions taken in your server.

What you may not do

• Use Deno or the dashboard to harass people, break Yapin’s rules, or break the law.
• Try to disrupt the service, scrape it, or get at data from servers you do not manage.
• Use someone else’s login.

Availability

Deno is provided as is and for free, without any promise that it will always be online, error free or keep every feature. Features can change or be removed. We may block access for misuse.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss caused by using Deno, including mistaken moderation actions or downtime.

Not affiliated

Deno is an independent project made for Yapin’. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Yapin’ or Dyno. Other names belong to their owners.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Using Deno after a change means you accept it.
